Brynn's Birthday Photo Shoot

Well this was the first and the last photo shoot we did not take Claire to.  Mark and I agree we need little Claire to help Brynn when she's scared or doesn't want to smile.  Claire can always get a smile out of Brynn.  Our little miss B was out of sorts at her pictures.  She wanted Mommy and Daddy and a snuggle -- she did not want her picture taken.  Today I discovered why:  Her 1 year molars are coming in.  On the top and bottom of her left side.  They are so very swollen.  No wonder she wanted extra snuggles.  Having said that we did get some cute pics and here they are:

So I think Mark is a good dad.  He loves his little girls and they love him.  Little B gets so excited when she hears his voice after work that she starts flapping her arms and grunting to see him.  She practically catapults herself to him as soon as she's able to.  Clairsie girl goes running to him to when he gets home.  She loves to watch Mark play "Blurry Mario" on the Wii.  (Mark downloaded Super Mario 3 to the Wii and let me just say-graphics have really improved over the last twenty years.)

She also loves to play pirates with daddy.  (Gotta love the Playmobil-No really you have to love Playmobil in our house)  Last night Claire had the show and tell bag and Daddy helped her do her homework.  (There was art involved so I was out)  They wrote the three mystery clues so her classmates could guess what was in the bag and then Mark drew the picture of her object so Claire could color it in.  They did a pretty good job.  Claire likes to draw with Daddy.
